I just reserved a double for 4 nights at Hyatt Place and am happy to share with a non-smoking female (which would be a female roommate willing to abstain from smoking in the room -- no judgment!).  The cost seems to be $250/night, plus whatever fees and taxes show up later, and I suppose it might go up once I change the reservation to two people.  

I will give preference to grad students looking for a room share, offering a 2/3 to 1/3 share for them (so ~ $85/night for them); for faculty, it would be ~$125/night.   Let me know if you're interested.
